Overview The Head Start Administrative Assistant 1 is responsible for providing administrative support to the Head Start program. This position is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Head Start program, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks. Detailed Job Description The Head Start Administrative Assistant 1 is responsible for providing administrative support to the Head Start program. This position is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Head Start program, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks. The Head Start Administrative Assistant 1 is also responsible for providing customer service to families and staff, and for ensuring that all program paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Head Start program policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Knowledge of Head Start program policies and procedures

• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Previous experience working with Head Start programs

• Provide administrative support to the Head Start program
• Enter data into the Head Start program database
• File and maintain program paperwork
• Provide customer service to families and staff
• Ensure that all program paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
