· Manage communications related to sponsorships for all audiences: staff, board, volunteers, etc.

· Ensure adherence to internal guidelines/policies regarding Partners’ roles and responsibilities.

· Supervise the Manager of Sponsorship Services.

Manage existing partnerships to ensure they are meeting or exceeding deliverable and goals

Develop and nurture relationships with potential partner organizations, negotiate partnership agreements, and manage ongoing collaborations.

Manage the fulfillment of all advertising & branded materials related to sponsorship agreements, including completing creative brief

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic brand partnerships that align with our target audience and brand values.

A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.

Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities in a calm and efficient manner

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a project management or similar function

Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Project management across the team’s projects/events/campaigns

Understands project management principles, processes and tools

Manage and update internal trackers and documents and share daily updates with the Brand Activations & Sponsorships team

Manage multiple product offerings and effectively support them across the internal organization

Support sales reporting and data management in Salesforce

Partner with the Director of Sponsorship Services and Sponsorship Product Management team to support our sales products on a global scale

Apply a deep understanding of our sponsorship/media product offerings across multiple events

Outstanding spreadsheet, data and numeracy skills

Perform critical administrative and organizational duties, including recaps, tracking documents, budget/finance/invoice management, and tickets / flight voucher distribution

Principles of sponsorship-property management, execution and optimization

Highly organized and detail oriented with expertise in multitasking and time management

3-5 years of client, agency or property experience, including sponsorship marketing

Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

Liaising with partners and United legal on contract development and execution

This role is ideal for an individual who is seeking:

·Manage the APNA sponsorships and exhibits programs, including recruitment and retention of sponsors/exhibitors.

·Conduct inspections of event facilities to ensure that they conform to association requirements.

·Manage meeting travel as needed, such as flights and/or other arrangements for staff, speakers, APNA representatives, etc.

·Provide advance and onsite (in-person and virtual) support and coordination of meetings.

·Maintain historical meeting records and produce post-event reporting as requested.

Principles of sponsorship-property management, execution and optimization

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Journalism, or Communications or related field and/or equivalent relevant work experience

4-8 years of client, agency or property experience, including sponsorship marketing

Organizational skills, detail orientation and reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

Oversight of marketing agencies and properties

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.

Provide regular reports to management on sponsorship and partnership revenue and ROI.

Demonstrated strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in sales or business development, preferably in the events industry.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to speak confidently and professionally.

Work with senior management to develop and implement institutional fundraising plan to meet annual and long range goals.

Develop and implement infrastructure for capturing, measuring and reporting the moves management strategies for current donors and prospects.

Effectively manage budgeting and forecasting of revenue and expenses for all assigned areas.

Flexibility and experience in building a solid fundraising program involving foundations and corporations.

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a not-for-profit fund development office.

Experience with grant writing and the production of corporate sponsorship and philanthropic giving proposals.

Six to eight years of experience with large-scale exhibit logistics and management.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage teams comprised of SHRM employees, external experts, and partners/contractors.

Oversee management of CRM software and technology systems

Excellent communication skills, including public speaking expertise and effective written communication abilities.

Manage and expand exhibitor on-boarding, engagement & retention

Select, manage, and oversee the performance of contractors, including the general service contractor, security, registration, shipping, and floor managers.
