The Head of Patient Advocacy and Government Affairs is responsible for leading the patient advocacy and government affairs efforts of an organization. • Monitor and analyze public policy and legislative developments to identify opportunities and threats to the organization’s interests.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry representatives, and patient advocacy groups.
• Represent the organization at public forums, hearings, and other events.
• Develop and implement strategies to engage and educate the public on the organization’s mission and objectives.
