High level college coaching experience

Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations and a record of compliance

4 years of men’s ice hockey experience at the Division 1 NCAA level

Strong verbal and written skills

An established applicable recruiting network

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickTime, iMovie

Responsible for alerting managers on any discrepancies with the cash register.

Responsible for alerting managers to any unsafe or potentially hazardous conditions within the facility.

Executes policies and procedures professionally and accurately.

Accurately handles cash and register transactions.

Communicates clearly and professionally with staff and patrons.

Ability to give customer proper directions to the facility within local surrounding area.

Minimum one year of fitness center management or related experience.

Minimum three years of hockey coaching, playing or related experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
