Experience with digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)

Lead the development and expansion of the analytics department, including hiring, training, and mentoring a team of analysts and data experts

Excellent time management and project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Establish and improve team member performance management

Have broad generalist HR experience and is not afraid to learn new areas

Manage talent acquisition processes, interview kits, hiring tools, and department training plans, and take the lead in onboarding new team members

Manage employee relations, policy compliance and discipline
