5+ years management experience working in a fast paced call center environment

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing/Sales, or other related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to communicate both verbally and written with all levels of employees, including C-level management

5+ years’ experience leading a Sales team, preferably phone sales

Strong PC knowledge including MS Office, Outlook, Genesys, and CRM systems

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Efficiently navigate multiple technology systems (web phone, scripts/forms, chat, CRM, document management tool, payment processing, etc) concurrently

Work with management on an ongoing basis to improve processes and overall performance

Manage active and timely follow up on all leads (following a defined callback cadence); track leads

3+ years of Inside Sales experience

Must be a self-starter and exhibit problem solving skills
