The anticipated HIRING RANGE: $275,000 - $350,000, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated coaching and recruiting experience; and/or professional league playing experience.
Knowledge of and adherence to all NCAA rules, policies, and procedures pertaining to Men’s Basketball.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills; strong commitment to the academic achievement of student-athletes.

The Head Coach is responsible for developing and implementing practice plans, scouting opponents, and making game-time decisions. They must also be able to manage the team's budget, recruit new players, and maintain a positive team culture.
