Professional experiences with legislative processes, rulemaking, drafting of regulations or other relevant regulatory duties.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Background and experience in liquor law, legislation and regulation.

Any equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable

Knowledge of city policies and procedures that relate to assigned job duties

Adhere to appropriate City operating procedures, benefit rules, employment, and safety policies/practices.

Must have Erosion and Sediment control certification

Knowledge of or the ability to learn the department’s policies and procedures

Ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion in performing assigned job duties
