Gym Team Members are responsible for providing excellent customer service to gym members and guests. This includes greeting customers, answering questions, providing information about the gym’s services and equipment, and helping customers with their needs. Gym Team Members must also maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning and sanitizing equipment and areas of the gym. They must also be knowledgeable about the gym’s policies and procedures and be able to enforce them.
