Detailed Job Description Guest Services Drivers are responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation services to guests of a hotel, resort, or other hospitality establishment. They are responsible for ensuring that guests arrive safely and on time to their destination, and that they are provided with a pleasant and comfortable experience. Duties include greeting guests upon arrival, loading and unloading luggage, providing directions and information about the area, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. Guest Services Drivers must also maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle and ensure that all safety equipment is in working order. Job Skills Required
