Basic knowledge of tray identification system and has a basic nutrition knowledge as related to the patient menu program.

Hospitality Certificate or Degree preferred or relevant work experience.

Previous experience in luxury hospitality preferred

Welcome and greet guests in line with the company standards

Assist guests with reservations, information, amenities, area attractions, spa, and dining booking, as needed

Answer all incoming calls, research customer issues, and escalate to a manager/supervisor as needed.

Greet all guests in a warm and professional manner.

Understand and follow all processes as outlined in the Guest Training Manual SOP.

Maintain a positive working relationship with Sales, Marketing and Admin.

Distribute and collect Guest Registration Forms assisting guests with any questions they may have.

Accurately assign guests to a Sales Representative in the order they arrive.

Communicates the difference in membership levels and benefits to guests

1 years’ experience in a fast paced service environment.

Bilingual (Spanish/English: A pay differential will be added for those who have bilingual skills)

Uses ticketing system for point of sale transactions, membership enrollment/renewal, and basic sales orders

Ability to facilitate a cash and/or debit and credit card payment with accuracy for guest transactions

Ensures all guests are greeted upon arrival and first impression standards are met

Maintains designated station during scheduled event time

Ensures all clients have correct tickets and or credentials to enter host area of control.

Learns the layout of FedExForum and re-directs guests to the correct areas of the building when assistance is needed

Provide administrative backup support for Facilities Management team

Manage and maintain visitor systems in accordance with Groupe policy

1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area

Experience working in a rapid and complex changing environment

Demonstrate ability to manage multiple, diverse tasks simultaneously

Support Facilities team in maintaining the appearance of the office / reception area
