Guest Experience Manager At Clark Planetarium Jobs

Participates in the daily management of the Guest Experience Team including new hire orientation, training, scheduling, and evaluating work performance.

Tests electrical supply for proper and adequate wiring to meet power requirements; designs and installs electrical power distribution systems.

1 year people management experience

Experience: 1 year retail or sales specific management experience

Change Management Leadership: Leads others through change processes and uncertainty

Implement the Store Manager’s People vision for the store and cascade to team members.

Leadership role directly responsible for subset of store employees as delegated by Store Manager

Guest Experience: Actively creates an inclusive, high-caliber experience and connection for every guest through team members

Performs job duties in accordance with Great Parks' procedures, and performance expectations.

Maintains confidentiality of confidential and sensitive information.

Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and punctual attendance and works outside of normal schedule as required.

If over 18: drive Great Parks’ vehicle.

Greets and serves guests to ensure satisfaction. Handles guest inquiries.

Assists with set-up and operation of special events.

Track employee over/shorts and advise management of problems.

Be responsible for all activities of staff and guests in the absence of senior management.

One (1) year of customer service experience in a retail environment required.

Supervise The Guest Experience Team

Must obtain a food handlers permit within the first 30 days of employment.

Ability to multitask successfully in a challenging environment.
