7-10 years of purchasing experience, global operations, or finance.

Extensive knowledge of procurement strategies, tactics, negotiation and contracting skills.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in business, finance, engineering, sciences, purchasing, or other operations field is required

Excellent proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.

5+ years’ experience in Supplier Management and/or Supplier Risk Compliance Program Management

Partner with Supplier Management and Supplier Risk Compliance leads to develop and optimize programs and operations

Management and maintenance of supplier performance metrics and reporting

Management and maintenance of supplier performance and supplier risk compliance operations

Interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and implement ideas in a dynamic changing environment

Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay process. Experience working in a Procurement organization preferred.

Work with business and finance leaders to identify and drive savings and controllership improvements, focusing on total cost of ownership

Manage full end to end sourcing events (RFP, RFI)

Excellent communication including written, verbal, and listening skills

Advanced level skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, product movement software, report writing and familiarity with query software

Exceptional, proven project and team leadership and development skills

Experience in working closely with Store Planning, merchandising, Finance, MIS, Loss Prevention, Consumer management and Training;

The ability to direct a team well through change management;

Aim to be “change agent” to improve our stores and the team/ client experience

Take lead when necessary, on local or global project initiatives including defining proper business requirements, key stakeholders and deadline adherence

Proactively identify gaps in knowledge for existing teams and provide training, and in person support

Support the onboarding of all new hires store managers.

Degree in Procurement sourcing, Finance and or Supply Chain Management;

Clear understanding of indirect procurement management and experienced in best practices, tools and techniques, with the capacity to support change management;

Support the change management process.  

Providing Gucci functions with procurement expertise, identifying new projects to be managed and developing regional procurement professionalism.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement with proven ability to develop and deliver a strategic vision;

Experience in international environment is a must (specifically in Fashion / Luxury industry is a plus);

Escalate all return and exchange paperwork to management on duty for receipt signatures to be captured with daily closing flash paperwork;

Support the team in the selling process, ensuring the highest level of client experience;

Interact with clients to ensure an elevated shopping experience.

Support with store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with direction from the Store Director/Team Manager – Operations.

Knowledgeable of all Gucci products and company policies, specifically on credit, sales, and customer service.

At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service-related industry;

Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry;

Achieve business objectives by utilizing the company consumer management client segmentation strategy;

Monitor monthly consumer management database reporting;

Support opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty providing leadership and guidance to all Client Advisors on shift;

Lead and inspire your team to execute a superior client experience, ensuring each Client Advisor operates with a hospitality mindset;

Manage the customer flow on the selling floor to ensure all clients are attended to and exceptional service is delivered;

Development of a supplier strategy, designing and administering RFXs, negotiations, contracting, and other sourcing management functions

Experience, knowledge, and proven success with a food manufacturer

Understands contract management and ability to execute complicated contracts with the support of the legal team

Manage stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the end-to-end sourcing process

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related field. Master’s Degree or MBA strongly preferred

Develop productive working relationships with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Legal, Marketing/Creative, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, and Procurement

Review the forecast initiated by Central Team on novelty with Regional Merchandising, in collaboration with Regional Business Planning and Finance.

3+ years’ experience in Demand Planning, Production Planning, Assortment Planning, or Analytics with deep analytical and financial analysis.

Experience with size analysis and category preferred.

Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple priorities, work independently, take initiative, and pay close attention to detail.
