Functional demonstrative knowledge around security as it relates to customers networks, including design and on-going management
Work with remote teams and individuals to resolve server and end-user issues on time.
Ensure compliance with internal company and customer policies and requirements
Assist in improving and road-mapping our managed services as it relates to networking
Responsible for successful customer and internal on-boarding of new customer, services and/or products to our support and managed service team managers
Work closely with delivery managers and other technical departments and direct clients on complex service implementations.
