Group Lead Of Supply Chain Development Jobs

Experience and knowledge of supply chain systems (MGO, GEPICS, etc.).

Manage scrap appropriately and timely.

Minimum 1 year experience in a Manufacturing Plant/Environment

Experience supervising supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment (Body, GA, or equivalent).

Knowledge of manufacturing supply chain processes and procedures.

Experience supervising employees in a union environment.

Constraint management, ISO, systematic problem solving, BBS.

Lean Manufacturing background within a plant and operational managerial experience from a production / manufacturing setting is preferred.

Knowledge and practical experience of lean manufacturing principles, MRP is preferred.

Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to manager.

Manage department priorities and other duties/projects as assigned.

Computer, Communication, and presentation skills

Ensure knowledge of competitor's strengths and weaknesses and manage execution of competitive strategy

Advanced knowledge of financial elements such as balance sheets, cost of capital, depreciation, tax reporting, etc(preferred)

Expert knowledge of transportation and food industry, to include general principles and logistics of freight movement(preferred)

Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Position is REMOTE with purposeful travel.

Ensure the development and implementation of strategic and tactical marketing initiative for assigned territory
