Grill Restaurant Host Jobs in Florida

Assist management in maintaining quality standards by reporting any problems or concerns in your area

Strong written and verbal communication skills

6 months full service restaurant experience required

Maintain extensive knowledge of all animals in exhibit to answer guest questions

At least 18 years of age

Comfortable and able to work with all food types, including food allergens in any dining facility

Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements

Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience (preferred )

Experience with quantity food preparation (preferred)

Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes

Prepare menu items on Roasting ovens, and Grills

Review menus prior to preparation of food

Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements

Meal planning in conjunction with Leadership

High school education or equivalent. College degree preferred.

8. Plan, manage, and monitor work as well as hiring, communicating, coaching staff, and building relationships

Familiarity with style of cuisine and service established for concept. Familiarity with food service practices and procedures.

Willing to offer assistance to guests and colleagues proactively

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

Shifts are 5-10pm, 5 days per week including weekends and holidays
