Grant Writer And Administrator Jobs in Florida

Education/ Certification/ Years of Experience Requirements:

Experience with financial information systems, grant application and award management systems and budget tracking and reporting;

Create, track and evaluate grant performance metrics and compliance metrics to ensure successful full cycle grant management, reporting and feedback;

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university;

Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience with full-cycle grants and contracts administration; including two (2) years supervisory experience.

Educational and Professional assistance programs; Paid Memberships in Professional Associations

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in health care administration, management, or related field preferred.

Can demonstrate a thorough understanding of the healthcare system to include finance, insurance, organizational policy and risk management.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial role preferred.

Ability to listen, write and effectively present information to upper management.

Responsible for all the supervision of the medical center staff.

Ensures patient flow is maintained throughout all areas of the center.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize responsibilities properly and handle multiple tasks relating to concurrent grant and development projects.

Develop grant budgets in coordination with program managers and accounting staff.

Support the Mission, Vision, and Values of Catholic Charities in the performance of all essential job functions and responsibilities.

Demonstrated strong writing and editing skills. Submissions of examples of grant work required.

Strong verbal communication skills. ability to work independently and in a team setting.
