Grant Development Administrator Jobs in Florida

Education/ Certification/ Years of Experience Requirements:

Experience with financial information systems, grant application and award management systems and budget tracking and reporting;

Create, track and evaluate grant performance metrics and compliance metrics to ensure successful full cycle grant management, reporting and feedback;

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university;

Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience with full-cycle grants and contracts administration; including two (2) years supervisory experience.

Educational and Professional assistance programs; Paid Memberships in Professional Associations

Certification from recognized state or national organization in related area of project management, procurement, or grants.

Certification from recognized state or national organization in related area of non-profit and/or government quality assurance/management.

Two (2) years or more experience or working knowledge of program evaluation and monitoring functions within children and family service programs.

(One year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of required education.)

Sigma 6 Certification (Yellow, Green, or Black)

Physical demands refer to the requirements for physical exertion and coordination of limb and body movement.

Certification from a recognized state or national organization in related area of project management, child welfare, procurement, or grants administration.

Certification from a recognized state or national organization in related area of non-profit quality and/or quality assurance/management.

Minimum Education And Experience Requirements

(One year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of required education.)

Six Sigma Certification (Yellow, Green or Black)

Four (4) or more years' experience in contract development, design, managing or evaluating children services or human service programs.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in health care administration, management, or related field preferred.

Can demonstrate a thorough understanding of the healthcare system to include finance, insurance, organizational policy and risk management.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial role preferred.

Ability to listen, write and effectively present information to upper management.

Responsible for all the supervision of the medical center staff.

Ensures patient flow is maintained throughout all areas of the center.
