Previous experience with conveying equipment and welding is preferred

Possess the willingness to adapt as well as seasonal variations in workload responsibilities

Responsibilities included, but not limited to:

Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to:

Load and unload railcars and trucks

Understand and safely operate the equipment assigned

Assist the Location Manager in setting up customer meetings (customer appreciation, market information, etc.).

High School Diploma and two years related experience.

Strong interpersonal communication skills (face-to-face, verbal, written, electronic).

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well within strict time frames.

Acute attention to detail, with good math skills.

Probe, grade, and sample inbound and outbound grain at the scale, communicating information to the outside crew.
