New Graduate Registered Nurse Maternity Jobs in Iowa

Assess, monitor, administer medication, document progress, and manage overall care for patients

Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones through safety intervention, emotional support and education

Associates of Science in Nursing (ASN) degree, Bachelors preferred

Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration

Basic Life Support (BLS) required

May 2023 New Graduate Registered Nurse

Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 annually for continuing education

Up to $370 per month directly towards loan payments ($20,000 cap)

Must start with Mercy within 12 months of graduation date.

At least 24 hours of PTO (frontload) available after department orientation

Shift differential 3.25 evenings/4.00 nights/4.00 weekends

Health/Dental/Vision available after 1 day

Fetal monitor certification preferred for LDR (required within 1 to 2 years based on experience)

8 hours annual stroke education and NIH certification for 2 South RNs

4 hours annual stroke education for ED and ICCU RNs

Stroke education per unit protocol annually

Up To $6000 Sign On Bonus!

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Fetal monitor certification preferred for LDR (required within 1 to 2 years based on experience)

8 hours annual stroke education and NIH certification for 2 South RNs

4 hours annual stroke education for ED and ICCU RNs
