Graduate Environmental Engineer Jobs in California

Provide overall project management and assisting in establishing project-specific objectives.

Provide data compilation, database management, statistical evaluation, and modeling

Manage a project team to support a variety of environmental assessment and remediation projects.

Between 8 and 15 years of experience

Strong working knowledge of Cal-EPA (DTSC and/or RWQCB) policies and programs

Strong experience with vapor mitigation, groundwater/soil remediation, and remediation O&M

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:

Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities to ensure compliance with project requirements

Serve as a task manager; supporting project technical and financial goals, and collaborating with stakeholders to successfully meet project objectives

Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Engineering, or related Environmental Science field with 5 years of environmental assessment/remediation field experience

Master’s degree in Geology, Engineering, or related Environmental Science field and 3 years of environmental assessment/remediation field experience

Experience with assessment and remedial programs under CERCLA and RCRA regulations

0-3 years of experience in Building Enclosure design

Experience in 3D modeling/drafting including Grasshopper, BIM, etc.

Programming experience a strong plus

Experience in Structural and/or Environmental analysis

Masters degree in Architecturutal Engineering or Architecture

Demonstrated interest in Building Enclosure design

0-3 years of experience required

Demonstrated experience and interest in forensics engineering, building envelope rehabilitation, etc.

Master's in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering with structural emphasis

3+ years of experience in the design, construction and/or operation of power distribution systems;

Knowledge of Revit and BIM platforms;

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office;

Set up and develop electrical design models in Revit as part of a BIM team;

Create detailed field installation drawings and fabrication drawings;

Certification as an Engineer-in-Training; and

Minimum Qualification Supplemental Questionnaire (MQSQ):
