Bachelors of Science in Nursing

New Grad Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Services

Administers medication, intravenous therapy and fluid management only on physician request and guidance.

Identifies educational needs upon admission and thereafter.

Demonstrates knowledge of procedures and post-care.

1 year of professional work experience in Labor and Delivery

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Completes and documents initial assessment/care within required time frames.

Use clinical skills for lab collection, testing, medical procedures

Assist in care coordination of the patient experience in clinic and in patient’s homes

Process-oriented - You have exceptional organizational skills and enjoy building scalable operational processes

Experience in medical/clinical environment preferred

NOTE: Our MA role has an 18 month tenure minimum requirement

Work alongside physicians to provide personalized primary care

5 to 7 years of clinical experience as an NP required

Monday to Friday schedule with no nights, no weekends and no call

Based in Santa Monica, with travel to other L.A. and OC locations as needed

Compensation is between $79.32 and $96.15 per hour

You will consistently demonstrate excellence in all areas of nursing practice including nursing care delivery, staff education, research, and collaboration.

You will manage complex, unpredictable patient care situations and are a nursing leader.

You will apply clinical knowledge regarding standard of care to consolidate interventions for time and cost savings.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required from the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association

National Specialty Certification required from OCN or BMTCN

Minimum of 5 years acute RN experience including 3 years experience in specialty area

Requires excellent critical thinking, communication skills, relationship skills, and clinical / technical expertise in area of specialty.

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

Independently practices and prioritizes multiple demands in an ever-changing environment.

Pay Range: $70.65 / hour
