The program is designed to provide the new graduate with the skills and knowledge to become a competent and confident Registered Nurse.

Job Skills Required for Rn New Grad Program:

• Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and clinical skills
• Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate care
