Follows work procedures in relation to established workflows.
Maintains productivity sufficient to meet VNS Health goals.

The program also provides hands-on experience in a variety of clinical settings, such as hospitals, long-term care facilities, and home health care. The program is designed to provide the new graduate with the skills and knowledge to become a competent and confident Registered Nurse.

Job Skills Required for Rn New Grad Program:

• Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and clinical skills
• Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate care
