Strong skills in developing comprehensive strategy to drive growth in government programs (Medicare and/or Managed Medicaid)

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Analytics, Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related area of study

Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and consultative skills; demonstrated ability to distill complex concepts or situations into concise and compelling communications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Coursework in database management, leadership, and project work preferred.

Minimum of two years of project coordination experience.

Experience managing projects/programs and supervising clinical and administrative staff preferred.

Provide support, coordination, and facilitation for clinical disciplines and programs under the supervision of the Assistant Vice President, Clinical Services (AVP).

Develop systems and operating procedures for data input, organization, and maintenance for the Clinical/Community Programs department staff.

Create data collection systems using basic Microsoft Office and related software.

1+ years of provider facing experience

Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage and ACA including Stars and Risk Adjustment
