Assist the Deputy Director of Government Partnerships with special projects and research;
Provide planning and coordinate support for public events (in-person and virtual via Zoom) and other external affairs activities;
Participate in team and cross-departmental check-ins, support off-site project visits, and e-mail coordination as necessary.

They must be knowledgeable in the laws and regulations governing government contracts and be able to interpret and apply them to the specific needs of the agency. They must also be able to analyze and interpret contract language, identify potential risks and liabilities, and provide advice on contract terms and conditions. The Government Contracts Associate must also be able to review and negotiate contract amendments, and provide advice on contract disputes. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or a related field
• Juris Doctor degree preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in government contracting
