Government Contracts Analyst Jobs in California

Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and skills in database management and record keeping.

Bachelor’s degree in business and/or contracts management related discipline.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Drafts amendments and provides historical research on previously approved customer contract changes.

Analyzes revised draft contracts, checks for discrepancies between final draft negotiated and received agreements.

Government contracting experience is required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive leadership role overseeing a large complex organization

Design, implement, administer, and monitor contracts and purchasing policies, programs, processes, and systems.

Oversee the contracts and procurement functions.

Counsel executives on the implication of acquisition, supply chain, and cybersecurity issues and legislative and regulatory developments.

Represent company to major customers, branches of government, and state regulators.
