Golf Group Event Manager Jobs

Be able to help create an exciting environment through your love of golf, general passion, or interacting with people.

Potentially work up to mid-night.

Potentially transport Night Golf Equipment (do not need truck or large vehicle)

This is a seasonal position.

Clear and effective oral and written communications skills.

Post orders may include Ticket Taking, Ushering, Guest Services, Elevator Operator, Special Services or other.

Be diligent and vigilant in safety awareness.

Know and understand post orders, revisions, and daily event needs. Know your chain of command.

High School Diploma/or equivalent (GED) and be 18 years of age or older.

Strong customer service orientation, exemplifying our Mission Statement that Customer Service is Every Employee’s Job.

On game nights, assist with the organization of various group outings and facilitating fan experiences.

Excellent interpersonal and decision-making thinking skills with the ability to address large groups.

Assist with promotional item giveaways for group ticket packages and larger theme nights.

Other duties may vary depending on the season.

Minimum High School Diploma – Bachelor’s degree preferred

Friendly, professional, and upbeat personality.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sport Management, or Sales/Marketing preferred. Will also consider applicants with relevant work history

Ability to communicate effectively with new guests, return guests, co-workers and management

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience from inquiry stage to post-event follow up

Create, manage and confirm Event bookings using the TripleSeat sales system, including the documentation of all prospect and event client communication

2+ years of current sales experience, preferable in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment focused sales

Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM Applications

10+ years Business Unit/Product Line management experience in a rapid growth, world class organization with emphasis on R&D/product development.

Develop and manage annual budget to achieve business goals effectively and efficiently.

Experience in consumer durables leading business with hardware, software, mobility, and integrated product.

Golf industry experience or at the minimum a passion for the game of golf.

Project Management skills including advanced knowledge of MS Project.

Critical chain project management experience is helpful.

ProChain project management software and methodology experience is helpful.

Experience in PLM system management and Bill of Material creation is helpful.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related engineering field.

Ensure all the program commercialization deliverables are met, including sales samples, fitting, demo, and all launch requirements.
