Gluer Crew Member Jobs

Assist with training the helpers with job duties on the machine.

Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice

Able to understand and follow instructions on factory card, as well as instruction given by operator.

Help locate dunnage, masters when not present machine center, as needed.

Work with other helpers and crewmembers for maximum efficiency of operation.

Communicate quality related issues back to operator and/or assistant operator.

Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.

Auto Folder Gluer Helper (7 Openings)

Receive and follow directions from the Operator/Assistant and/or Supervisor.

Assist machine operator/assistant to set up pre-feeder accurately in accordance with proper set up techniques.

Help to ensure that quality checks are performed before, during and upon completion of each order.

Able to clearly communicate problems and malfunctions to co-workers and lead/management

Perform Quality Checks - Complete quality checklist(s) and perform quality checks of product throughout to ensure customer satisfaction.

Able to perform work-related functions requiring the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Interpret instructions, job orders, production sheets, and work-related documents.

Perform other Crewmember functions deemed necessary by management.
