Possess an in-depth knowledge of computers with emphasis in advanced proficiency in word processing, data base management and financial spreadsheets.

Capable of solving problems, communicating proposed solutions to upper management; and

Background knowledge of security industry standards and practices and/or Department of State security regulations, standards, and policies and their application.

Experience in developing plans, policies and procedure implementation, and interpretation of Government regulations.

Experience in preparing Statements of Work and reviewing contract proposals.

The SPA II works under the guidance of government officials in DS/IP/OPO, and other Security Program Officer IIIs, and IIs.

2 years of experience in program management.

Experience creating hardware product data structuring, bill of materials, managing product lifecycles, and using change management best practices.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Experience with logistics processes at technical companies including new product introductions.

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Manage standard materials and lifecycle logistics for new product introductions, expansions, and refactors across all of Google’s networks and network roles.

The salary range for this job offer would be $ 70,000 - $ 90,000

• Minimum two years work experience.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
