12+ years of experience enabling key business priorities through the successful delivery & support of technology

Experience in downstream supply chain, including demand planning, channel inventory management, order management and merchandising for retailers and vendors

Strong financial management skills for managing a Global Services organization

Solid implementation background with deep knowledge of best practice and client stakeholder management

Demonstrated effective solution development and project management skills

Own the budget for the Global Services organization including financial planning and budget management and oversight functions

Provide required management reporting, including accurate revenue forecasts, resource assignments, utilization, and project status summaries

Proficiency in PowerPoint, presentation skills and Advanced knowledge of MS Office

Manage a global team of marketing and communication leads

Manage marketing budget by working in partnership with our CoS team in reporting forecasts and actuals expenses on a regular basis

Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Communications with working experience of 12+ years

2+ years of experience in product management, marketing, development, or material development

Working knowledge of Web PDM and PLM data management systems

Input technical data for newly developed materials into the Product Line Management (PLM) data base

Excellent collaboration skills and an ability to manage multiple timelines and deadlines

Collaborate with cross functional teams to manage R&D materials library and tracking of R&D samples

A relevant Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience

Education: Bachelor's degree and above and/or equivalent work experience

Create, maintain, and manage incoming startup, investment, and innovation ecosystem projects.
