Manage technical security issues for non product facilities

Manage physical security issues for non product facilities

7-10 years of experience is preferred

No additional years of experience

Knowledge of technical security to include card access, CCTV and intrusion detection systems.

Knowledge of physical security to include perimeter protection, lighting and locks and locking devices.

Serve as the first point of escalation for issue resolution, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to provide the best customer experience.

Bachelor's/Associate's degree OR 1+ year of relevant experience preferred. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Manage all member and employee service calls and service requests that are processed through the GSOC.

Manage the Global security service request system.

Experience working in a Security Operations Center or in a customer support role.

Strong phone and verbal communication skills. Foreign language skills a +.

Experience with help desk applications and service ticket processes.
