Global Procurement Operations Specialist Jobs

● Identify suppliers of goods and services that meet project and operational requirements

● Work closely with the projects team to understand details of procurement requirements

● Visit suppliers to further relationships, understand new product offerings, and represent the company

● Work closely with managers to forecast future needs

● Build rolodex of backup and alternative suppliers, partners, and vendors of goods and services

● Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders

· Consistently track workload, skills, experiences, and expertise of our Consulting population

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Ad hoc responsibilities as needed

· Experience in process development and/or managing projects/programs from strategy to execution

· Experience developing and maintaining relationships with senior leaders

· Experience working with various levels of stakeholders in a matrix environment; global experience highly preferred

Working knowledge of global contract organization and contract lifecycle management.

Aid in risk management activities which may include

Knowledge and/or experience in Purchasing is a plus

Manage the key elements of contract deliverables, as well as manage and maintain a global contracts tracking database in Ironclad.

Working knowledge of global currencies and global contracts.

4+ years of experience working within a procurement team, or relevant industry
