Global Foundation Strategies Director Jobs in District of Columbia

10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing industry.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing procurement teams.

In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements related to packaging and medical devices.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Finance, to align category strategies with business needs and timelines.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and influencing skills, particularly in complex supplier interactions.

Participate as an active member of the Senior Management Team.

Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. MSW or MBA degrees preferred. Knowledge of latest innovations in fundraising techniques.

Direct and manage a clear understanding of relationship strategy internally among key stakeholders.

Develop relationships with senior leaders of prospective partners to communicate NASW’s value proposition and partnerships.

Collaborate with executive leaders on funding opportunities.
