At least 10 years of proven software Product Management experience;

At least 7 years of proven experience leading Product Management teams; 

Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products. 

Experience in leading product or applications teams working on building cross functional software that integrates with Oracle or Salesforce products is a big plus;

Create, build, and guide the overall strategy and execution for homegrown Custom .NET software application products at Clean Harbors;  

Must understand integration concepts to integrate Custom .NET software with SaaS and On Prem third party software

Data Processing Expertise: Possess hands-on experience in building large-scale data processing pipelines, especially with conversational social media data

Software Engineering Expertise: Demonstrate robust personal skills in software development, architectural design, and cloud-based infrastructures

Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, marked by the successful stewardship of large-scale projects

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field

Clear Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at bridging technical and non-technical audiences to communicate clearly and purposefully with stakeholders.

Strategy Formation: Develop, implement, and oversee engineering development strategies that resonate with our company's goals

Degree in engineering, physics, or chemistry with experience in engineering/project management.

Track record of delivering solutions with exceptional project-management skills.

5+ years of management experience: leading, mentoring, and motivating teams.

Develop and lead large-scale solutions through viable project management cycles.

Thermoset-based 3D printing experience strongly preferred.

Background in product development with experience taking a product through all phases of development, from conception to commercial launch.

Knowledgeable, experienced, Engineering leader with 10+ years of experience developing scalable web, data, and mobile solutions

7+ years of experience managing teams of software engineers and designers

Have deep fundamental knowledge of the AI landscape and its technical implementation options

Have deep experience with AWS or similar cloud technologies
