7+ years minimum experience in music programming/curation, or in an audience-focused role - required

7+ years experience professionally representing strategy and campaigns in an external-facing capacity within the music industry

Experience crafting and developing editorial and programming strategy

Excellent communication and writing skills

Skillfully manage multiple calendars and schedules for executives while being proactive between changing items

7+ years of administrative experience supporting executives; finance experience required

Highly skilled with booking travel and scheduling across multiple time zones

Exceptional written and verbal communications skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks with keen attention to detail

Handle all internal and external meetings for the team and confirm appointments as needed

Provide management with clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities

Experience within a publicly traded company managing revenue/sales finance or corporate FP&A is highly preferred

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent years of experience

12+ years of relevant professional experience, including 5+ years of corporate finance, consulting, or similar analytical role

Manage revenue, expenses, and key business metrics across Monetization

Develop and manage team members globally: establish priorities, set objectives, and provide guidance and feedback
