Master's degree may qualify if combined with substantive and progressive directly relevant experience and training

PhD (ideally experienced) in a Life Science degree with preference given to a degree in Toxicology, Pharmacology or equivalent bioscience background.

Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

Strong and strategic leadership skills

Interest in sharing knowledge with others and seeking innovative ways to capture learning through system and work process improvements.
