They are responsible for developing and executing change management plans, managing stakeholder relationships, and providing guidance and support to project teams. Detailed Job Description The Global Change Manager is responsible for leading and managing organizational change initiatives, ensuring that changes are implemented effectively and efficiently. They will develop and execute change management plans, manage stakeholder relationships, and provide guidance and support to project teams. The Global Change Manager will also be responsible for identifying and assessing the impact of changes on the organization, developing strategies to ensure successful implementation, and monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the change management process.
