Conduct reference checks prior to the verbal offer of employment to the candidate

Manage and ensure office equipment is stocked appropriately

Assist new hire onboarding paperwork organization

Assist with posting of new job ads

Evaluate applicants and candidates at the early stages of the selection process

Conduct phone screens and schedule candidates for video or in-person interviews

General knowledge of mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, money handling

Knowledge of relationships between banks, especially front windows and main, chip and marker banks

Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts

Knowledge of 10-key adding machine, currency counter and cash advance machine

One (1) year of high-volume cash handling experience
