Develop and facilitate trainings, including soft-skill trainings for all points in the employee lifecycle and for all levels of employees

Create templates to assist employees and managers with employee development

3-5 years employee development experience with increasing responsibility; experience must include design and development of materials

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).

Track Key Performance Indicators and develop initiatives to maximize the impact of Open Hiring on unlocking human potential

Serve as liaison/resource for Greyston’s external Open Hire partners.

Expertise with content management systems.

Minimum of 3 years experience in corporate communications, HR communimcations or Employee Engagement

Proactively seeks to understand the company’s HR strategy and priorities to propose and develop communication plans and strategies.

Create content that helps to build employee affinity to the NBA.

Update content on NBA websites related to HR or employment with the NBA that drives engagement, interest and ease of use.

Ensure all HR communication is consistent and aligned with the league’s corporate brand identity, strategic direction, business philosophies and general practices.

Ensure that the execution of the learning experience via self-paced/asynchronous or instructor-led modalities, meet the requirements of the design specifications

Responsible end to end for a portfolio of learning content, organized by subject (e.g., Leadership, Professional Skills)

Understands challenges and capabilities required of the multi-generational learners, AIG employees

Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization and across AIG businesses (high level of interpersonal and communications skills)

Works collaboratively… develops strong relationships and demonstrates advanced team working skills…highly respected and regarded by colleagues

Experience with a global environment, mindset, and cultural sensitivities
