Inspect and monitor the quality of the parts produced per visual and dimensional requirements

Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements

Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

Use microscope or visual equipment on a regular basis to visually inspect parts

Complete job-related paperwork to include quality history records, setup sheets, checklists and process rate charts

Minimum Skills & Experience Required

High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience

Basic computer skills: Excel, Word

Previous Microscope experience (inspection and assembly using a microscope)

Previous experience inspecting and building products

Production Technician Responsibilities Preferred Requirements

Follow manufacturing and quality procedures and complies to the documented requirements

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment running machining equipment

Diploma in a machining related course from a technical or trade school or equivalent experience, preferred

Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements

Proficient in basic math skills (add, subtract, divide and multiply)

At least 6 months of material handling experience

6+ months PLM and ERP systems experience

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Methodologies

Highly organized and strong organizational skills
