Relevant Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Certified Diabetes Education certification required

Ensure that DSME/T program accreditation requirements are met and maintained.

Determine nutritional needs and provide diabetes education based on the AADE7.

4-6 years of communications experience (R)

Prior health plan experience highly desirable (P)
