Detailed Job Description The General Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all equipment, buildings, and grounds of an organization. This includes ensuring that all maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner, and that all safety protocols are followed. The General Maintenance Supervisor is also responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance staff, as well as providing technical guidance and support to maintenance staff. Additionally, the General Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of equipment, buildings, and grounds

• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
