Requires an Illinois license to practice medicine and American Board Certification in the specialty of Internal Medicine.

Two (2) years of professional experience evaluating the quality of specialized medical care and treatment for patients with mental illness.

Two (2) years of professional experience coordinating medical services with other professional disciplines and supportive personnel.

Two (2) years of professional experience in Internal Medicine conducting examinations.

Two (2) years of professional experience communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.

Two (2) years of professional experience preparing comprehensive and specialized medical records and reports.

Preferred Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities)

Contacting enrolled study subjects by telephone, to administer study questionnaires and assess outcomes.

Participating in all aspects of organizing, managing, and up keeping data including collecting, processing, and analyzing.

Implementing behavioral change interventions to assist with home-based exercise interventions. Both in-person and telephone contact with study subjects will be required.

Participating in laboratory meetings, including presentation of ongoing findings.

Communicating with research supervisors on an ongoing basis of work progress, and development of problems or concerns with laboratory data analysis.
