This includes wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, outlets, switches, and other electrical components. They must be able to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. They must also be able to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems. General Electricians must be able to work with a variety of tools and equipment, including soldering irons, drills, and other hand tools.
