Overview A General Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the construction of a project from start to finish. They are responsible for managing the project team, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget, and ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met. Detailed Job Description A General Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish. This includes managing the project team, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget, and ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met. The Superintendent is also responsible for coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Superintendent must also be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and ensure that all project requirements are met. Job Skills Required• Strong leadership and management skills

• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
