About The Opportunity


  • You will be in charge of the project's schedule, funding, and execution
  • A pioneer and one of the top companies in the construction industry is currently looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their growing team
  • Important projects for our customers, and we require someone with experience who can assist with their execution


Construction Superintendent Responsibilities


  • Give resources to the designated initiatives
  • Control every part of the project, from planning to execution
  • Interact with clients, city and county authorities, architects, engineers, contractors, and project inspectors
  • Manage the onsite staff and subcontractors


Construction Superintendent Qualifications


  • Someone with experience who wants to work in Massachusetts is needed
  • Prior experience managing construction projects for public housing from the ground up, with over 30 million dollars worth of wood and steel experience
  • 5+ years of superintendent experience
