Assist in development of management reports

Ensure that all nominations are submitted timely and meet pipeline’s scheduling requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Finance/Accounting or a technical field (e.g. computer science or engineering) is required

Demonstrated strong organizational and customer service skills along with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing

The ability to establish priorities, manage multiple activities and communicate at all levels in the organization

Paid vacation time based on the total years of career experience, ranging from 3-6 weeks annually

Ability to operate a certain piece of equipment\

Grease, oil and do daily maintenance of equipment\

Trained to operate mini excavator, backhoe, excavator, and skid steer/dozer\

Carry and load materials to be used on the job\

Follow all company safety policies and practices\

Report any equipment repairs needed to Foreman or Supervisor\

Related experience in lieu of education will be considered.

Requires 1-3 years of working experience.

Must be able to demonstrate fabricating skills if interviewed.

Able to lift and move materials and/or items in excess of 50 lbs.

Able to perform vigorous physical labor.

Ability to climb up and down

Natural Gas Scheduling experience or related experience is preferred

Rotating off-hour and weekend on-call responsibilities likely

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field preferred

Possess a basic knowledge of materials used in natural gas infrastructure work.

Performs operator qualification tasks by self or as directed.

Understands excavation and shoring requirements.

Work safely while performing new construction, maintenance, replacement or repair work as it relates to natural gas polyethylene or steel infrastructure.

Frequently works around live gas systems and other utilities during hand digging functions to locate said utilities.

This position exercises due care in protecting the utilities, other property, general public and coworkers.

3+ years of supervisory or management experience required.

Develops and maintains an effective union/management relationship.

Construction work methods and management

Manages Meter Move Out projects.

Manages company and contractor inspection resources for DEO Pipeline Infrastructure Replacement program, relocation projects and new customer additions.

Ensures compliance with applicable DOT pipeline safety, EPA, OSHA, NFPA, state, local, legal and tariff regulatory requirements.

Job level commensurate with experience and skill set

Primary responsibility is to be responsible for safe, dependable, and efficient pipeline operations.

Able to remain calm during emergencies.

Communicates well verbally and written.

Willingness to provide high level of customer service.

Willing to study and work outside normal hours when needed for self-improvement.

Supervises a group of technical crews in daily activities; ensures compliance with Operator Qualification, and Codes & Standards requirements.

High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years of experience in Operations, OR;

Associate's Degree and 4 years of experience in Operations, OR;

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Operations

Operations experience in Natural Gas or Utility industry.

Knowledge of Michigan Gas Safety Code.

10. Must pass and maintain all operator qualification requirements dictated by department.

1. High School Education or equivalent

2. Gas Distribution experience preferred.

3. Experience working with heavy equipment.

11. Must pass pulmonary function test and meet OSHA requirements.

Welding, pipefitting, HVAC and/or excavating equipment operation experience preferred.

Must pass the Construction and Skilled Trades (CAST) test [Note: See "Employment Testing" section on www.ameren.com under the "Careers" section].

Day shift - Monday through Friday

High School diploma or equivalent.

Successful candidate must be able to obtain CDL (Commercial Driver's License) and must become respirator qualified.

Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Class A CDL license.
