DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:\ Summary of Position:\ MP Technologies, LLC is looking for Operators with gas construction experience. This long term project - 3 to 5 years. Work locations would include: Fargo, Grand Forks North Dakota and more, but must be willing to travel when.\ \ ***Work will start in the Spring 2023\ \ An Operator should possess a fundamental understanding of gas/utility construction and be able to operate different construction equipment and tools. Experience in the gas construction industry is needed.\ \ Duties and Responsibilities:\

• Follow all company safety policies and practices\
• Ability to operate a certain piece of equipment\
• Trained to operate mini excavator, backhoe, excavator, and skid steer/dozer\
• Light repair and maintenance of tools and equipment\
• Grease, oil and do daily maintenance of equipment\
• Clean up and restore work area\
• Assist in hauling equipment to and from job site\

• Paperwork filing and maintenance as needed\
• Wash and clean vehicles and equipment\
• Carry and load materials to be used on the job\
• Report any equipment repairs needed to Foreman or Supervisor\
• Safety training as required by position\
