Job Knowledge: Lawn & Garden material knowledge is preferred.

Work closely with all NATIVE HEALTH programs and managers to coordinate needs and delivery.

Experience working with the American Indian/Alaskan Native population.

Knowledge of community garden, nutrition, and urban gardening.

You will be responsible for unloading stock garden center material, maintaining plant material, weeding, mowing, and watering plant material

Load all materials for garden center customers, including bulk goods

Help to complete installations and deliveries at customers homes for the garden center as directed by your foreman

Draft documents such as motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.

E-filing with various court systems.

Maintain client and case files.

Escalate incoming Customer Service inquiries (Fan Text, Email, and Phone) to designated Guest Experience representative.

Work closely with the Guest Experience Ambassador team to ensure guest satisfaction and assist with Ambassador duties as needed.

Experience working in customer service in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Experience working as a dispatcher and/or in a security operations environment is a plus.

Must be a positive individual who will always Think Guest and work hard to ensure unforgettable experiences.

Monitor radio communication and log all incidents as they are called into Security Operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

Retail experience preferred but not required

Basic all-around knowledge of gardening; including soils, amendments, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, tools, etc

Basic computer knowledge and use of Microsoft Office programs

Good time management skills and an ability to multi-task in order to meet deadlines.

High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.

Thorough knowledge in administrative procedures and processes including word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.

Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to actively listen.

Knowledge about non potable water systems.

Experience working in sustainable design.

Some experience leading tours or public speaking is preferred

Comprehensive Patient Exam/Evaluations (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent records/imaging)

Order/review diagnostic imaging as medically necessary

Develop treatment plans in a setting for an efficient/effective Plan of Care

Chiropractic care- Manual Manipulations, therapies, modalities, rehab/exercise programs, and lifestyle/nutritional advice

Accounting and bookkeeping functions, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and general ledger management

1-3 years of experience (public accounting preferred)

Strong skills with Excel, Word and QuickBooks

Bachelor's in Accounting or Accounting

Collaborate with the Plant Forward Program coordinator for garden to school cooking education.

Manage inventory and procurement of school wide cleaning supplies to meet AGC’s Environmental Sustainability Policy

Facilitate learning opportunities and workshops for families to promote sustainable and healthy life choices at home.

Write newsletter updates for families that inspire sustainable practices and highlights environmental education happenings at AGC.

Chaperone sustainability related field trips.

Plan and facilitate garden and sustainability activities for summer camp/summer school.

1 or more years of detailing experience

May require completion of work outdoors and under varying climate conditions.

Will work with and move numerous vehicles during the course of the working day.

Use of safe and OSHA approved waxes and cleaners such as, window cleaner, tar remover, tire shine, etc.

Frequent and continual flexing of spine, hands, wrists and fingers.

Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying of up to 50 lbs.
